L’OliVi Leggero è un cru meno amaro o piccante e più erbaceo e fruttato. Nel 2023 è stato realizzato con una sola varietà di olive toscane, il Maurino, come alternativa agli oli molto dolci di solito utilizzati con il pesce, per aggiungerci un pizzico di sapore.

OliVi Leggero is less bitter and spicy and more green and fruity. In 2023 it is made with only one variety of Tuscan olives, the Maurino, and has been imagined as an alternative to the lighter and softer oils that are usually used to delicately finish fish dishes.

OliVi leggero est un cru moins amer ou piquant et plus herbacé et fruité. En 2023 il est réalisé à partir d’une seule variété d’olivies toscanes, le Maurino, et a été créé comme alternative aux huiles plus douces qui sont utilisées pour exalter les saveurs fines des poissons.
