Poggiolecci is an agricultural estate conceived by Joséphine and Andrea Falchetti. 2400 olive trees cover their Tuscan hills of Maremma.

The adventure of Poggiolecci started in 2005. It stems from a dream to come back to nature to balance the fast-pace life of today’s world.

As every agricultural activity, it requires constant work and attention, which for us entails a continuous improvement of the product and of its production process: this path starts when we select the single trees and their land and finishes in the way we bring it to your tables.

OliVi is the name of our olive oil, it means “olive trees” in Italian but for us it also conveys another meaning: indeed the names of our children are Olimpia and Vittorio.

OliVi classico 50cl - carciofo.jpg

The OliVi classic cru has been thought through as a very balanced assemblage between fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness. The result is a very typical Tuscan olive oil with green herbs flavours that is wells paired with any dish, from red meat to salad.

OliVi Leggero is less bitter and spicy and more green and fruity. It is assembled every year with only one variety of olives and has been imagined as an alternative to the lighter and softer oils that are usually used to delicately finish fish dishes.

OliVi forte 50cl - peperoncino.jpg

OliVi Forte is definitely more bitter and spicy. One or two varieties of Tuscan olives are assembled. This product was created for a chef from the South West of France for his Parisian restaurant where he often uses it with his game dishes
