L’OliVi Leggero è un cru meno amaro o piccante e più erbaceo e fruttato. È realizzato ogni anno con una sola varietà di olive ed è stato ideato come alternativa agli oli molto dolci di solito utilizzati con il pesce, per aggiungerci un pizzico di sapore.

Nel 2024 OliVi Leggero è stato fatto soltanto con delle olive di Leccino IGP Toscano.

OliVi Leggero is less bitter and spicy and more green and fruity. It is assembled every year with only one variety of olives and has been imagined as an alternative to the lighter and softer oils that are usually used to delicately finish fish dishes.

In 2024 OliVi Leggero has been prepared only with olives of Leccino IGP Toscano.

OliVi leggero est un cru moins amer ou piquant et plus herbacé et fruité. Il est assemblé chaque année à partir d’une seule variété d’olivier et a été créé comme alternative aux huiles plus douces qui sont utilisées pour exalter les saveurs fines des poissons.

En 2024 OliVi Leggero a été préparé uniquement avec des olives de Leccino IGP Toscano.
