Il cru OliVi RISERVA è stato creato per il 20simo compleanno della nascita della nostra azienda agricola. Nel 2005 infatti abbiamo comprato un campo di grano e piantato circa 1800 olivi di Frantoio, Pendolino, Maurino e Leccino, tutte varietà toscane iscritte all’IGP.

Questo Cru è un assemblage delle olive di questi olivi che hanno anche loro 20 anni. E’ equilibrato tra il fruttato, l’amaro e il piccante, con sapori erbacei, da utilizzare in tutta la vostra cucina, dalla carne rossa all’insalata.

The OliVi RISERVA cru has been created for the 20th birthday of the creation of our agricultural estate. In 2005 we bought a land of wheat and planted circa 1800 olive trees of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Maurino varieties, all part of the IGP Toscano.

This Cru is an assemblage from the olives of these trees that also are 20 years old. It is very balanced between fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, with green herbs flavours that is well paired with any dish, from red meat to salad.

Le Cru OliVi RISERVA a été créé pour le 20eme anniversaire de la naissance de notre société agricole. En 2005 nous avons acheté un champ de blé et planté près de 1800 arbres d’oliviers de l’AOC Toscan, de Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino et Maurino.

Ce Cru est un assemblage des olives de ces olives, qui ont eux aussi 20 ans. C’est un produit très équilibré entre le fruité, l’amertume et le piquant, avec des saveurs herbacées qui peut être utilisé dans toute la cuisine, pour finir des viandes rouges ou assaisonner une salade.
