The OliVi classic cru has been thought through as a very balanced assemblage between fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness. The result is a very typical Tuscan olive oil with green herbs flavours that is wells paired with any dish, from red meat to salad.

In 2025 OliVi Classico has been prepared only with olives of Maurino IGP Toscano.
